At Freesat Spares, we want to ensure you get the right component for your device; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronic parts must be in their original, unused condition and include all diagnostic packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific part number of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic component in its original anti-static bag and use a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping the Item
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our central warehouse using a tracked postal service for your protection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days to your original payment method.
