How do I know if a remote control is compatible with my box?
Compatibility is listed in the product description by model number. If you are unsure, please check the sticker on the bottom of your Freesat box and contact our support team with that information.
What is your shipping timeframe for UK orders?
Orders placed before 2 PM GMT are typically dispatched the same day. Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, while express options are available at checkout for next-day delivery.
Can I return a part if it doesn't fix my technical issue?
